Payment

I am unable to accept insurance at this time. I estimate the number of hours needed for a scope of work and establish an initial retainer based on that estimate. Some services may be eligible for a flat fee at my discretion.

Decisions about who is responsible for payment are typically arranged by attorneys or a judge before we begin. Requests for records, depositions, and court appearances are charged separately.

I can accept payment through cash, check, or credit card with a 3% service fee processing fee.
